The room was spotless with delicious fresh breakfast and the overall experience was very GOOD. The breakfast with pastries, bacon and muesli was comprehensive, you'll find what you need. Location: the hotel was near to Turin where the Shroud is displayed periodically, the center of Biella, which is near Turin where the Shroud is displayed periodically and fantastic restaurants, very friendly staff.

Simple and lovely place, I liked extremely friendly personnel.
Whole place was fairly clean with delightful views; magnificent and wonderful location by foot or by funicular. My suite was fine, had a comfortable bed.

I had a good overall experience. the place is clean and has incredibly beautiful views. the hotel has a marvelous and excellent location by the funicular. the room was big and fine with amenities like a bidet, shower caps, and fresh towels provided.
